Chandra

Chandra, originally from Pennsylvania, has been in the health and wellness industry for nearly 30 years. She begin her passion for the industry as a high-level gymnast and sprinter and track and field. Chandra began coaching, gymnastics at the age of 17 and quickly moved into coaching high-level, elite gymnastics in her early 20s. In her 2027 year span she has produced money, state, regional national champions, as well as collegiate scholarship recipients. Her dedication for coaching and training her athletes Took her on a further journey into natural healthcare and nutrition. She trained and educated her athletes on total body wellness using her passion and knowledge of the body through physical fitness, mental strength and proper nutrition. As her career evolved and accomplishments were realized with her athletes, she transitioned into personal training and hung up the grips on her coaching career. The same passion, and knowledge she now gives to all of her clients through her coaching and fitness and nutrition. Chandra is the mother of three boys, Colin, Zachary, and Nick. They are very active in sports maintaining a very healthy lifestyle. Chandra strives to provide great care, expertise in each of the clients, that she trains and coaches in nutrition. Her 30+ years of experience in the fitness, nutrition, and health and wellness provided impeccable knowledge and expertise into each and every client she has the privilege of coaching. From the young athlete, to the elderly, every detail is strongly shaped and put together and bringing out the best in her clients in total body wellness. She looks forward to the opportunity to spread as much of her knowledge and experience and meet her clients exactly where they are to walk through and guide them their best quality of life. Sandra not only focuses teaching her clients proper knowledge in nutrition, but approaches it with a very holistic and natural . She teaches her clients how to choose the proper foods, the most whole-based ingredients possible. Well also educating her clients on the importance of not just what you put in your body, but what you put on your body through the proper choices on skincare, supplements, even down to the importance of cleaning products. The journey to a better self and healthy way of life are right around the corner!

Matt

Matt was born and raised in Canton, GA. He attended Columbus State University where he received a bachelors degree in Fine Arts. It was in college where he began his 7 year career as a  ballet dancer in musical theatre. When an injury took away his dance career, he fell into years of not taking care of his mind, body and spirit. Through sickness and injuries, Matt had to learn to walk again, twice. Enough was enough and he began a new journey. He found fitness and developed a passion for total body wellness. Matt began training with a personal trainer and was a sponge for learning as much as he could about fitness. This is where his desire to help others turn their life around was born. Deciding he wanted to go down the road of training others and teach them what he had learned, he attained his Personal Training Certification through the National Federation of Professional Trainers. In addition to his work in fitness and wellness, Matt is working on a degree in Christian Ministry to pursue short trips as a missionary. He also ministers inmates in prison to show them that life does go on and they can turn it around. Matt’s passion and dedication for helping others shines through in his training style with his clients. He specializes in strength training, conditioning, weight loss, balance & stability, mobility, calisthenics, senior fitness, preventative training and rehabilitation. 

Colin

Meet Colin, a dynamic and dedicated 27-year-old personal trainer with a profound passion for movement, weight loss, muscle gain, stretching, and strength building. With a rich background in athletics, Colin began his journey as a gymnast from ages 6 to 11, honing discipline and agility early on. Transitioning to lacrosse from ages 13 to 17, they embraced teamwork and perseverance. However, a significant setback occurred when a knee infection disrupted their active lifestyle, causing stagnation and impacting movement and posture. Determined to overcome this obstacle, Colin delved into the intricate world of rehabilitation and functional training, discovering a profound passion for helping others optimize their physical potential and reclaim their mobility. Drawing from personal experience and a deep understanding of the human body, Colin approaches personal training with empathy, expertise, and a commitment to empowering clients to achieve their goals. Whether it's shedding excess weight, sculpting muscles, enhancing flexibility, or boosting strength, he tailors each session to individual needs, fostering a supportive environment where clients can thrive and transform their lives. With a relentless dedication to continuous learning and improvement, he stays abreast of the latest research and techniques in fitness and wellness, ensuring that every client receives the highest quality of care and guidance. Through their holistic approach and unwavering dedication, Colin is not just a personal trainer but a trusted partner in the journey towards optimal health and vitality.
